Anne Davis East, CEO

Anne is a forward-thinking, social innovator with more than 20 years experience with nonprofit compliance, board of directors development, ethics training, strategic planning, and managing fund development programs for social service organizations, such as the March of Dimes. Anne’s funding strategies and programs have delivered over $10 million to social service causes to date.

Most recently, Anne served as CEO and Founder of AED Events where she engaged in event planning and management consultancy for social service organizations. AED Events built ongoing strategic relationships throughout the volunteer community and delivered over 100 events with budgets ranging from $10,000 to $600,000.

Anne continues her affiliation with several service and professional development organizations, including: National Association of Business Women, Association of Junior Leagues International, Association of Fundraising Professionals, Meeting Planners Association, Business Civic Leadership Center, AARP Women’s Leadership Circle, Cause Marketing Forum, and Center for Nonprofit Success.

Anne holds a Bachelor of Science degree from William Woods University and a Master of Science in Elementary Education from Lesley University.


Terry East, COO

Terry is a change agent. He has facilitated and participated on cross-functional teams developing “what’s next” at organizations ranging from a large Fortune 100 corporation to Internet startups to SMBs. His change making abilities have been demonstrated in his nonprofit volunteer work as well, reorganizing and moving organizations to a new level of effectiveness.

Over the span of more than two decades, his efforts have been instrument in launching over a dozen IT product and service lines, influencing over $4 billion in new business, international expansion of business lines, securing over $20 million in venture capital, forming strategic alliances to create new industry segments, and completing mergers and acquisitions to accelerate business growth and presence.

His current passion is collaborating with education, government, for-profit business and nonprofit organization stakeholders to effect social innovation that improves inclusion and sustainability.

Terry holds a BBA with emphasis in Computer Information Systems and a MBA with emphasis in Finance from National University. He is a volunteer and board member of several nonprofit organizations serving youth & children’s causes.
