I have been working with Anne since 2013 until the present time.  During this time, she successfully helped me formed two nonprofit organizations, the Mony Nop Foundation and the Tri-Valley NonProfit Alliance.

My team and I have found Anne to be an amazing person to work with.  She is flexible in her schedule and is so knowledgeable in all procedures of  nonprofits and filings.  She makes the complicated process seamless when working with her.  Recently, she had even guided us through a successful fiscal sponsorship of another organization too.

I have referred Anne to many organizations that have considered becoming a nonprofit and I will continue to do so because she is simply the best!  Best wishes in forming your organization!

I would like to express gratitude for the professional work received by Davis East Consulting. Anne and Terry have been a very valuable partner to our organization as we have entered into the arena of grant proposals and philanthropic donations.

Anne and Terry were very helpful in assisting our organization with professional donation platform building to include a Gold rating in Guidestar. Anne and Terry also walked us through our first entry into the Bay Area Giving Day in May of this year.

Anne and Terry are professional, punctual, and gifted when it comes to communications to all levels of customer.  I highly recommend Anne and Terry.

What a pleasure it was to find Davis/East Consulting when we decided that our organization would be better served to become a non-profit. In the past, I had been involved with setting up three non-profits and the process was a laborious and lengthy experience. Setting up Woodland’s Dinner on Main as a 501(c)3 was a matter of two months.

Prior to becoming a non-profit, Woodland’s Dinner on Main contracted with another non-profit to serve as fiscal receiver so that funds collected could go to three non-profit beneficiaries. While it was essential for our organization to utilize a fiscal receiver, it was a bit cumbersome. Confirming ticket sales and sponsorships for the event meant coordinating with their busy staff member. Payment of invoices was made on their schedule.

Once we received our 501(c)3 confirmation, we were able to open a bank account and manage the event in a timely fashion. Ms. Davis provided us with all the necessary steps to make that happen. Her knowledge of the non-profit world and the tools necessary to set up our non-profit were invaluable! In addition, she continues to follow-up with “next-steps” making sure we are in compliance and submitting the correct forms.

I have given out Ms. Davis’ contact information to several organizations that are interested in pursuing a non-profit status and know they will be in excellent hands.

On behalf of our Board of Directors, we are very grateful to Ms. Davis for helping us become a non-profit, for her expertise, and for continuing to assist us into the future.
